IJCO™ is published four times a year. Each issue addresses a selected theme related to coaching in organizational settings.
There are two ways for an author to have his/her article included in a journal issue:
- Accept a solicitation from an issue's co-editors to write an article for that issue, consistent with the issue theme.
- Submit an unsolicited article manuscript for peer review. Our peer review process is modeled after that used by the American Psychological Association (APA). If accepted, article will appear in a subsequent issue of IJCO within three issues of the date of acceptance.
The IJCO™ Editorial Board suggests that potential contributors either subscribe to the journal for a year or read 3-6 articles from previous issues to get a feel for the style and scope of articles that are published.
