Journal ad copy submitted in electronic
format must be submitted as high resolution (600 dpi or better)
Adobe Illustrator or Quark Express document files. Copy submitted
in other file formats cannot be accepted. "Hardcopy"
submissions must also be of at least 600 dpi resolution.
Available ad space includes half- and full-pages. Either half-
or full-page ads may appear in the body of the Journal, only full-page
ads may be placed inside the front or back covers of the Journal.
When there is more than one request for specific front or back cover
placement, the Editors reserve the right to select the ad for placement.
Advertisers who do not receive their requested placement will be
reimbursed the cost difference.
The Editors may ask that advertising copy be revised to comply
with the spirit of the IJCO. The Editors
will contact advertisers in a timely manner to resolve any potential
copy content issues. The Editors may decline to place an advertisement
if it is deemed inappropriate for the IJCO.
