The IJCO Editorial Board's primary
purpose is to ensure broad-based, international representation, as
well as to ensure high quality articles and integrated thematic structures
in each issue of the journal. Members of the Editorial Board may volunteer to co-edit an issue of the journal, and are asked to solicit articles that address an issue theme, and to review submitted articles for that issue of the IJCO.

The International Journal of Coaching
in Organizations is owned by Professional Coaching Publications,
Inc., an Illinois corporation. It is the clear intention of
PCPI and other members of the IJCO Editorial Board to embrace
and encourage the involvement of coaches from many different
perspectives and allegiances. The initial membership of the
Editorial Board reflects this commitment to diversity, as
well as to the IJCO's international orientation |
