 IJCO^TM The International Journal of Coaching in Organizations welcomes professional coaches and coaching clients to a forum focused on the disciplined practice of coaching within organizations. Published four times a year, this journal has been created to meet the needs of the professional coaching community for:

• A disciplined forum to further develop a foundation of theory, models and taxonomies;
• A convenient forum to share experiences through case studies, personal narratives, and interviews with leaders in the field;
• A respected forum for organizationally-based coaches to publish their ideas, concepts, and innovations;
